Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and work alongside the team
• Execute core processes and manage stock flow
• Drive store standards for presentation and service
• Manage sales, wages, and costs with commercial awareness
• Build and hold accountable a capable team
• Guide the team through operational changes

Requirements

• Leadership experience in retail or fast-paced environments
• Hands-on approach to execution
• Confidence in holding people accountable
• Strong organizational and operational discipline
• Team-first mindset and resilience
