Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and work stock alongside the team
• Execute core processes and drive disciplined store standards
• Manage sales, wages, and costs with commercial awareness
• Build and guide a capable team through operational change
• Hold standards consistently and address performance directly

• Leadership experience in retail or a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on approach to execution and operational discipline
• Confidence in holding people accountable
• Team-first mindset and resilience to lead through change
