Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead from the retail floor, working alongside the team to manage stock and execute core processes
• Drive disciplined store standards regarding presentation, stock flow, and customer service
• Manage store performance including sales, wages, and costs with strong commercial awareness
• Build and develop a capable team by setting clear expectations and addressing performance directly
• Guide the team through operational changes and strengthen overall store capability

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
• A hands-on approach with a strong pride in execution and operational discipline
• Ability to hold team members accountable and manage performance
• Strong organizational skills and a team-first mindset
• Resilience to lead through change and maintain high standards
