Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead from the shop floor by working stock and executing core processes alongside your team
• Drive disciplined store standards regarding presentation, stock flow, and customer service
• Manage store sales, wages, and costs with strong commercial awareness
• Build and develop a capable team by setting clear expectations and holding performance standards
• Guide the team through operational changes and strengthen store capability

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on approach with a strong pride in execution and operational discipline
• Confidence in holding team members accountable to high standards
• Strong organizational skills and a team-first mindset
• Resilience to lead effectively through periods of change
