Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead from the shop floor by working stock and executing core processes alongside your team
• Drive disciplined store standards regarding presentation, stock flow, and customer service
• Manage store financials including sales, wages, and costs with strong commercial awareness
• Build and develop a capable team by setting clear expectations and holding standards consistently
• Address performance directly and guide the team through operational changes
• Take full accountability for daily store operations and practical retail excellence

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or fast-paced operational environment
• A hands-on approach with a strong sense of pride in execution
• Ability to hold team members accountable and manage performance
• Strong organizational skills and operational discipline
• A team-first mindset and the resilience to lead through change
