Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Manage stock levels and implement loss prevention strategies
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and promotional updates to keep the store looking fresh
• Manage team rosters to ensure optimal coverage
• Maintain a safe and energetic work environment for both staff and customers

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within a retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage KPIs effectively
• Strong expertise in visual merchandising and working from creative briefs
• Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong operational skills, including stock management and roster coordination
• Availability to work weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays
