Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets through personalized styling and exceptional service
• Coach and develop team members to foster growth and succession planning
• Manage store operations including stock levels, stock loss prevention, and visual displays
• Efficiently manage rosters within budget to ensure store productivity
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment for customers and staff

Requirements

• Proven retail management experience with a track record of driving sales and KPIs
• Expertise in stock management and minimizing stock loss
• Experience in roster management and operational productivity
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays
