Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Manage stock levels and implement measures to minimize stock loss
• Oversee visual merchandising and store displays
• Manage staff rosters within budgeted hours to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion retail management
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales and meeting KPIs
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience in stock management and roster coordination
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
