Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while fostering a customer-centric culture
• Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain store presentation
• Oversee stock management and implement processes to minimize stock loss
• Manage store rosters in alignment with sales goals and store demands
• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience through expert denim styling and service

Requirements

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of driving sales
• Strong expertise in sales and KPI management
• Experience in visual merchandising and working from creative briefs
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays
