Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion retail management
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales and meeting KPIs
• Expertise in stock management and loss prevention
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proficiency in roster management and productivity optimization
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays
