Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while fostering a customer-centric culture
• Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Oversee stock management, minimize stock loss, and optimize sales opportunities
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain a fresh and engaging store environment
• Manage store rosters in alignment with sales goals and store demands
• Curate denim outfits and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers

Requirements

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of driving sales
• Strong commitment to achieving KPIs and managing operational costs effectively
• Passion for denim and fashion with expertise in high-quality customer service
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing retail team
• Strong visual merchandising experience and the ability to execute from briefs
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays
