Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and relationship building
• Coach and develop team members to foster growth and succession planning
• Manage store operations including stock levels, stock loss prevention, and visual displays
• Efficiently manage staff rosters within budget to ensure productivity
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment for customers and staff

Requirements

• Proven retail management experience with a track record of driving sales
• Expertise in stock management and minimizing stock loss
• Experience in roster management and operational efficiency
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays
