Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Create a customer-centric culture by delivering an outstanding shopping experience
• Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Oversee stock management and implement strategies to minimise stock loss
• Execute visual merchandising strategies to maintain a fresh store appearance
• Manage team rostering in alignment with store demands and sales goals

Requirements

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of driving sales
• Strong commitment to achieving KPIs and managing operational costs
• Passion for denim and fashion with expertise in customer service
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team
• Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to work from creative briefs
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays
