Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while maintaining a customer-centric atmosphere
• Train, coach, and develop team members to help them reach their full potential
• Manage stock levels, minimize loss, and maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain high store standards through inspiring visual merchandising
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for both staff and customers
• Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales targets

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, ideally within fashion
• Strong passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs
• Experience in visual merchandising with a strong eye for detail
• Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching and team development
• Availability to work weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays
