Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance including sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
• Monitor and analyze business trends and product performance to drive commercial decisions
• Execute product launches, merchandising strategies, and marketing initiatives
• Maintain loss prevention standards and implement shrink-reduction strategies
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and associates to achieve performance goals
• Manage store talent planning, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Champion a customer-first culture and resolve customer issues professionally
• Maintain store presentation standards aligned with brand storytelling

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift)
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
