Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Supervisors and Brand Associates by setting expectations and goals
• Oversee total store operations, brand standards, and 4-wall ownership
• Execute visual merchandising, marketing directives, and planogram setups
• Support marketing events, pop-ups, conventions, and new store openings
• Support RoboShop business and coordinate with business partners
• Maintain high store standards to ensure positive customer and employee experiences

Requirements

• 1+ years of Retail Store Manager experience with high SKU volume
• Experience managing 10 or more retail employees
• Proven experience in retail marketing and visual merchandising
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
• Experience working with international business partners
• Multilingual capabilities
• Interest in designer toys
