Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by meeting or exceeding store sales goals and managing expense budgets
• Set sales goals for associates and monitor individual performance
• Analyze store performance using business analytics to implement growth programs
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff to ensure peak performance and professional development
• Manage employee scheduling and task assignment to maximize operational efficiency
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
• Implement store marketing, merchandising, and loss prevention programs
• Oversee all daily operational duties, including store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or specialty retail
• Proven track record in sales and strong business acumen
• Experience using business analytics to drive performance
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team
• Intermediate computer skills
• Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs
