About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all operations at the Osaka-Umeda store, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Manage store sales and KPI targets, taking full ownership of team performance.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of store staff, setting priorities to ensure task completion.
- Coach and develop the team through demonstrations, quoting, and sales generation training.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Co-lead in-store marketing and promotions in collaboration with local management and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and business process regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Proven experience in coaching and developing people.
- Strong retail leadership experience with the ability to manage a high-level customer service environment.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Based in or able to work in Umeda, Osaka.
