Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and marketing initiatives
• Ensure customers receive best-in-class customer service
• Manage store operations and personnel

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills
• People management and organizational skills
• Ability to pass background and credit checks
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Valid driver's license
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand and move for at least 12 hours at a time
• Ability to use a ladder and lift/move objects up to 50 lbs or more

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail industry experience
