Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales goals
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and product displays
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Manage store budget and expenses

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or jewelry retail
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-driven with a deep understanding of relationship selling
• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals
• High emotional intelligence and client-centric approach
