Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing strategies to hit targets and maximize profits
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high-performing retail team
• Manage store operations including inventory, payroll, and employee relations
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are met
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all consumers
• Model and coach team members on customer service and operational excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail store management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, kneel, climb ladders, and move around the sales floor constantly
• Passion for the retail industry and the Levi Strauss & Co. brand
