Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by developing strategies to hit targets and maximize profits
- Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high-performing retail team
- Manage store operations including inventory, payroll, and employee relations
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are met
- Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all consumers
- Model and coach team members on customer service and operational excellence
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail store management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand, kneel, climb ladders, and move around the sales floor constantly
- Passion for the retail industry and the Levi Strauss & Co. brand
