Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve sales targets and maximize profits
- Recruit, train, empower, and develop team members to ensure high performance
- Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, payroll, and employee relations
- Oversee visual merchandising and maintain operational excellence
- Ensure a positive, engaging, and inclusive shopping experience for all customers
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail store management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders
