Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve sales targets and maximize profits
• Recruit, train, empower, and develop team members to ensure high performance
• Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, payroll, and employee relations
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain operational excellence
• Ensure a positive, engaging, and inclusive shopping experience for all customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail store management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders
