Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by developing strategies to hit financial targets and maximize profits
- Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high-performing retail team
- Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, payroll, and employee relations
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are met
- Deliver an exceptional and engaging shopping experience for all consumers
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail store management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
