Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing strategies to hit financial targets and maximize profits
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high-performing retail team
• Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, payroll, and employee relations
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are met
• Deliver an exceptional and engaging shopping experience for all consumers

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail store management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
