Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by developing strategies to hit financial targets and maximize profits
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high-performing retail team
• Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, payroll, and employee relations
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are met
• Model and coach team members to provide an exceptional consumer experience
• Ensure operational excellence through diligent management of store procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail store management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
