Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing strategies to hit financial targets and maximize profits
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high-performing retail team
• Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, payroll, and employee relations
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are met
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail store management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders
