Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Model and coach the team to deliver an ultimate consumer experience through exceptional customer service
• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and maximize store profits
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high-performing retail team
• Manage daily store operations including inventory, payroll, and employee relations
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain operational excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail store management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks such as kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
