Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and maximize store profits
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high-performing retail team
• Manage daily store operations including inventory, payroll, and visual merchandising
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers
• Model and coach team members on customer service and brand standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail store management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
