Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct retail strategies and store operations to achieve financial growth and brand equity
• Guide profitable sales by meeting performance goals including conversion, UPT, and sales per hour
• Manage store operations including payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and P&L expenses
• Recruit, hire, and manage store personnel and management teams
• Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure superior product presentation and storytelling
• Coach and develop staff through training on product knowledge, selling practices, and succession planning
• Ensure loss prevention by monitoring store activity and enforcing company policies
• Create a compelling customer experience by modeling high-quality service behaviors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of retail work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management position
• Proven experience in apparel industry management and coaching
• Strong knowledge of apparel and retail operations
• Energetic, positive demeanor with a passion for the Levi Strauss & Co. brand
