Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Build meaningful customer relationships through personalized and warm service
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including daily sales, average basket size, and conversion rates
• Train, inspire, and motivate the team to reach excellence
• Manage team schedules, shifts, vacations, and daily planning
• Oversee stock replenishment, warehouse organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Manage returns, exchanges, and online orders via Shopify
• Collaborate with the retail marketing team to implement in-store campaigns

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within premium fashion brands
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Shopify and Google Drive
• Intermediate to high level of spoken English
• Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with luxury fashion brands
• A passion for fashion, storytelling, and creative trends
• Commitment to sustainability and conscious consumerism
