Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Create meaningful customer relationships through personalized and warm service
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including daily sales, average basket size, and conversion rates
• Train, inspire, and motivate the retail team to reach their full potential
• Manage team schedules, shifts, vacations, and daily planning
• Oversee stock replenishment, warehouse organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Manage returns, exchanges, and online order follow-ups via Shopify
• Collaborate with the retail marketing team to implement in-store campaigns

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within premium fashion brands
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as Shopify and Google Drive
• Intermediate to high level of spoken English
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A proactive, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset

• Previous experience working with luxury fashion brands
