Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store financial success, operational excellence, and profitability
• Attract, hire, onboard, and develop a diverse team of top talent
• Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous growth
• Forecast payroll to optimize productivity and meet sales targets
• Oversee P&L and implement solutions to improve store efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Manage stock levels and analyze business trends
• Maintain brand messaging and uphold company standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional customer service and solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry
