Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store’s financial success and operational excellence
• Manage all aspects of store performance, including profitability and financial management
• Attract, onboard, and develop top talent while creating a succession pipeline
• Empower the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed KPIs
• Oversee P&L, revenue growth, and store efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Manage stock levels and analyze business trends
• Supervise team members, including hiring, termination, and performance evaluations

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry
