Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store financial success, operational excellence, and team alignment with company mission
• Manage all aspects of store performance including profitability and business trends
• Attract, onboard, and develop top talent while creating a succession planning pipeline
• Empower the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed KPIs
• Oversee P&L, drive revenue growth, and improve store efficiency
• Forecast payroll to optimize productivity and manage operational workloads
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in high-volume environments
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry
