Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a high-performing team through selection, onboarding, and coaching
• Conduct regular 1:1 quality conversations with management and staff
• Analyze headcount requirements and labor schedules based on sales trends
• Motivate the dispensary team to exceed revenue targets and KPIs
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and outstanding customer service
• Oversee inventory activities and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of cash reconciliations, sales, and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and state/local laws
• Serve as the primary point of contact for state regulators and local authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or comparable experience
• 5-7 years of retail management experience
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Cannabis knowledge or dispensary leadership experience
• Experience working closely with HR teams and processes
