Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of hourly and salary employees through recruiting, onboarding, and coaching
• Manage day-to-day dispensary operations including scheduling, payroll, and financial management
• Drive profitable sales by meeting revenue targets and KPIs through effective selling techniques
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, state, and local cannabis regulations
• Oversee inventory activities and maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and cash reconciliations
• Build and maintain relationships with key business partners in HR, Compliance, and Marketing
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or comparable professional experience
• 5-7 years of retail management experience
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees
• Proficiency in MS Office and high proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work all hours of operation including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Cannabis industry knowledge or previous dispensary leadership experience
• Experience working closely with Human Resources teams and processes
