About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer and employee experience while achieving sales goals and operational excellence
- Manage all phases of the customer environment and store team to exceed financial targets and satisfaction scores
- Hire, coach, and evaluate personnel based on performance standards and continuous feedback
- Oversee in-store operations including inventory, cycle counts, cash management, and merchandising
- Analyze operational and financial reports to improve store performance and metrics
- Manage staffing levels and efficient scheduling for a team of approximately 8-12 direct reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and training requirements
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move constantly throughout the store
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
- Strong people management, product knowledge, and sales skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience as a Retail Assistant Store Manager
- Prior experience working at Comcast
