Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer and employee experience while achieving sales goals and operational excellence
• Manage all phases of the customer environment and team to exceed financial targets and satisfaction scores
• Hire, coach, and evaluate personnel, providing continuous performance feedback and development plans
• Oversee in-store operations including inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and cash management
• Analyze operational and financial reports to improve store performance and metrics
• Manage staffing levels and efficient scheduling for a team of approximately 8-12 direct reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and training requirements

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move constantly throughout the store
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in significant matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience working at Comcast
