Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and accountability
• Own and delegate leadership tasks regarding customer experience and maintenance
• Partner with leadership to support action plans and operational execution
• Implement floorset direction to optimize business and product storytelling
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand values

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a manager role, preferably in retail
• Proven experience delivering sales and operational results
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
• Effective communication and coaching skills
• Ability to de-escalate customer situations
• Availability to work peak days including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform constant physical activity including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
