Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent, including the store leadership team
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and accountability for all associates
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Partner with leadership to implement action plans that improve business results and operational execution
• Manage store routines including opening/closing, bank deposits, and shipment receipt
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling skills and customer engagement
• Maintain store visual standards by implementing floorset direction
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to all safety standards and policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail setting
• Proven ability to deliver sales and operational results in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform constant physical activity (standing, walking, reaching, bending)
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-first retail environment
• Strong de-escalation skills for handling customer or store situations
