Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent, including the store leadership team
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability
• Own and delegate leadership tasks regarding customer experience, vendor relationships, and maintenance
• Partner with the leadership team to execute operational activities and action plans
• Implement floorset direction to optimize business and bring product stories to life
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipment receipt
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve sales and customer engagement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to all safety standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail setting
• Proven experience delivering sales and operational results in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform constant physical activity (standing, walking, reaching, bending)
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching
