Since 2013, Article has been making it easy to create beautiful spaces with online direct-to-consumer modern furniture. We are now expanding from digital-first to a true omni-channel experience by opening physical retail stores across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Establish operational systems from scratch for a brand-new location
  • Utilize financial data and KPIs to drive strategic business decisions
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through open communication and accountability
  • Deliver exceptional brand experiences that balance customer service with P&L health
  • Navigate early-stage ambiguity and store opening processes with agility

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail leadership and store management
  • Ability to manage a team including Assistant Managers and Sales Floor Leads
  • Strong operational skills with experience in financial/KPI management
  • Valid passport for required travel within the US and Canada
  • Ability to participate in onboarding and training in Vancouver, BC
