Retail Store Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of store development projects, from preparing architectural briefs to overseeing construction.
• Ensure all new store openings and refurbishments adhere to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Build and manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide expert architectural feedback to ensure the brand vision is executed flawlessly.
• Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and negotiate project tenders to deliver value.
• Research new materials and creative solutions to drive innovation in retail spaces.

Requirements

• Significant experience in multi-project construction management, ideally within the retail or hospitality sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and value engineering.
• Proficiency in design software, specifically Adobe Suite and CAD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Academic background in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
