Retail Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments are received, processed, and organized efficiently and correctly
• Intake product through drop-off locations and receive merchandise from the sales floor
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom
• Move merchandise using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment
• Pick and pack orders following strict process and quality standards
• Load and unload trucks for transfers or shipments
• Conduct warehouse-style scans and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist with various other inventory functions as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes and maneuver inventory without assistance
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods
• Weekend availability is required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player
• At least 2 years of experience in a stock or shipping role is preferred
• Knowledge of the latest trends in athletic footwear is a plus
