Retail Specialist Automotive Parts Logistics

Responsibilities

• Procure and sell original Volvo and aftermarket parts according to quality and process guidelines
• Provide competent advice and service to both internal and external customers
• Create quotes and attractive package offers
• Manage warehouse operations and ensure parts availability
• Handle exchanges, returns, and the processing of warranty parts
• Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports
• Actively participate in inventory audits

Requirements

• Completed training in automotive after-sales or experience in spare parts logistics
• Proficient IT skills and openness to digital processes
• Independent working style, strong organizational talent, and ability to work in a team
• High quality standards and a strong service orientation
• Fluency in German and enjoyment of interacting with various stakeholders
• Mandatory Category B driving license
• Forklift license (R1/S2) is preferred
