About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic leader for the South Florida market, driving sales growth and brand awareness
  • Develop and execute market-specific business strategies for revenue and customer acquisition
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, CRM, and HR
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of internal and external talent
  • Coach and mentor General Managers and Store Managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness
  • Champion CRM initiatives to drive client retention and loyalty
  • Spend approximately 80% of time in stores coaching and supporting teams
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards and visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful leadership experience as a General Manager or Store Manager
  • Experience in luxury, premium, specialty, or fashion retail
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals and building strong teams
  • Strong business acumen regarding sales, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
  • Must reside within the South Florida market
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the district
