About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and drive the sales pipeline by capturing leads and managing follow-ups
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitors to strategically position HP products and services
- Use specialty expertise to identify and expand new and existing business opportunities
- Provide strategic support and solution expertise to Account Managers
- Develop quota objectives and define future direction for specific product categories
- Establish consultative relationships with clients, including C-level executives for mid-to-large accounts
- Coordinate supporting sales activities and leverage external partners to deliver sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university education
- 8-12 years of advanced sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
- 2-3 years of specialized product sales experience
- Strong project management skills to define, plan, and track successful pursuits
- Proficiency in account planning and accurate revenue forecasting
- Ability to travel up to 75%
