Retail Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and train your team to deliver outstanding service
• Implement Responsible Gambling and compliance strategies
• Develop team understanding of business and products
• Plan and work towards defined targets and goals
• Manage controllable costs
• Maintain high shop standards for appearance and cleanliness
• Manage recruitment, induction, and ongoing learning and development
• Complete shop rotas in advance
• Support wider area team with investigations and formal meetings

Requirements

• Ability to drive performance and achieve results
• Passion for delivering great customer service
• Excellent organisational skills
• Previous people management experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to deal with challenging situations professionally
• Must be 18 years of age or over
