Retail Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement Responsible Gambling and compliance strategies
• Train team members on business products and operations
• Plan and work towards defined goals and manage controllable costs
• Maintain high shop standards and cleanliness
• Manage recruitment, induction, and ongoing staff development
• Complete shop rotas at least four weeks in advance
• Support the wider area team with investigations and formal meetings

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience improving team performance
• Experience delivering excellent customer service
• Previous people management experience preferred
• Ability to engage with diverse customers
• Experience handling challenging situations
