Retail Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and customer service
• Build customer relationships through outreach and clienteling
• Support sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performance
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
• Coach and support Sales Associates
• Assist with merchandising and visual displays
• Manage inventory, shipment processing, and store organization
• Handle cash management and bank deposits
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• Previous retail experience (Key Holder, Supervisor, or Associate) preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Passion for fashion and styling
• Leadership mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and step stools

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of retail experience
