Retail Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a great experience
• Lead shift activities and direct daily tasks of store associates
• Operate the cash register and help train new associates
• Assist with stocking, receiving, and merchandising products
• Complete daily paperwork, balance, and close registers as directed
• Maintain a friendly, positive, and inviting store environment

Requirements

• Ability to stand, reach, and move about for up to 12 hours
• Ability to use a ladder and lift objects up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and computer skills
• Customer service orientation and team leadership
